karakeenan Newtown, PA – [October 11, 2013] – Optellios is pleased to welcome Kara Keenan as Marketing Communications Coordinator, effective September 30th. Keenan joins the Sales and Marketing team of this rapidly growing, Philadelphia based manufacturer, and will be directly responsible for all Marketing Communication activities for the company.

“Kara’s background, education, and drive are a perfect fit for the type of individual we recruit to join the Optellios team” stated Kevin Bradley, Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Operations. “Coupling her public relations proficiency with her B2B and B2C experience will enable our company to continue to expand our presence domestically, as well as worldwide”. “I am extremely excited to bring fresh ideas to the team, pushing the marketing of our advanced technology to the next level” stated Keenan. “Optellios operates within the Critical Infrastructure Security environs of public and private enterprise. I look forward to continuing to establish our company as the go-to technology protecting assets worldwide.”

Before coming to Optellios, Keenan served as a chief graphic designer and corporate representative for FastSigns in Doylestown, PA where her focus was on developing creative design, marketing, sales, and customer service. Prior to her work with FastSigns, Kara managed public relations, graphic design, and digital marketing for Liquid Latex Fashions in Warrington, PA.

Kara holds a Bachelors in Fine Art, with a concentration in Graphic Design, from Monmouth University.
